It’s a girl!

It’s a girl! Miss Beatrix was born on Sunday, August 20th at 3:08 p.m. She was 7 lbs 12 oz and 20.5 inches long. We’re doing well and labor/delivery wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected. Here are some photos:

I expect to return to blogging soon. I have lots of knitting pictures from the last month of not blogging. I was at home with no excuse but I just couldn’t get anything done in those last few weeks. Stay tuned for both knitting and baby updates. I will definitely post more over the weekend.

Welcome Beatrix! Many congratulations on the new baby. She’s just beautiful.

BTW, I used the peapod pattern from Interweave for the pink sweater. The pattern is
    available online from Interweave.
